D I Y Kitchen Herb Wall Art

Yesterday I was scrolling through Instagram and saw some adorable free seed packet printables from the oh so talented Lucy at Craftberry Bush Blog! I instantly knew what I was going to do with them! I had three Ikea frames that were sitting in the back of our closet waiting to be used! I downloaded the printables and printed out 5x7 versions of them.
I started with these picture frames from Ikea.
Next I sanded the frames down and took the glass out of them.
I tried to paint the frames grey from the start but that was not working out to well! I painted 2 coats of primer and then 2 coats of grey!
Here are the completed frames with the free printables that you can get here.
I'm excited to show you guys the transformation that our kitchen is going to get! I just got more counter top samples in the mail today and we are planning on painting the kitchen cabinets white and adding some molding! Along with a back-splash and a new paint color on the walls!I will be sure to update you all on the progress we make over the next couple of months!!

  1. Love your herb wall art! They turned out really pretty! I like the color of your walls, painting the cabinets white will brighten up the room. We have been remodeling our kitchen (whole house), we got granite counter tops and put in a tile back splash and now I'm doing my cabinet a antique white with a glaze. It's a lot of work. Be glad when I'm done.
