Farmhouse Inspired Walmart Coffee Table Makeover!
Hey guys! It has been wayy too long! I got to spend a whole month back home with my family! It was much needed and I am so excited to fill you all in on some big news along with a little DIY coffee table makeover!
First off with the big news! My etsy shop is finally open! Although it is a major work in progress I am so excited to start this journey and see where it takes me! The shop is called Junk&Co. and you can check it out by clicking the link! Today is also the last day for the Grand Opening Sale! If you use the coupon code GrandOpening15 you can get 15% off your entire purchase!
Now onto the Walmart table! We bought this table when we lived in 29 palms for super cheap like 10 dollars cheap if I can remember correctly! Here is a little before so you can see what I was working with lol
She had seen way better days! I am in love with the wood top and white style so of course that's what I went for! We had some super thin plywood left over from the camper and my husband just cut it to fit the top of the table!

I had taken more pictures but for some reason they are super blurry :( I made a batch of chalk paint and painted the lower half of the table white! (No sanding!! Thank you chalk paint!) Then we glued the wood top to the top of the table and I waited a couple hours for it to dry! I stained it one of my favorite colors (dark walnut) and put a couple of coats of polyurethane! That's it folks! Super easy and super inexpensive! For me it cost nothing and you have to love when that happens!!
Also when I was home my dad and I got to go to lots of garage sales! I got this cute window for 2 bucks!! I also found out that back in the day my dad used to refinish furniture and sell it! So cool my dad and I can share that!
I so hope to start blogging more and update you guys with everything that's going on around here! Happy Wednesday guys <3

Obviously I like your web site, but you have to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very bothersome to inform you. Nevertheless I will surely come again again!
